What counts as a business.
One business is one set of books: a company with its own ledger and tax number. Accounts, cards and currencies inside it are all included.

Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced per business, so adding your operations lead or a partner does not change the bill. Growth includes three seats and Group includes ten; advisers are always free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan if Tarn is useful. If you do nothing, the account closes and your data is deleted after 30 days.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings at any time. Moving to yearly takes effect straight away and the unused part of your month is credited.
We have two companies. Which plan fits?
If each company keeps its own books, that is two businesses. Two Growth plans work if you run them separately; Group is better value from three entities, and adds the consolidated view.
Do accountants get a discount?
Advisers use Tarn free on their clients’ Growth and Group plans. Firms managing ten or more clients can ask us about partner billing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup takes most teams an afternoon, and Growth and Group include an onboarding call if you want one.
